Liverpool Central Station regeneration

Totality for Augur Group

2019

Liverpool Central Station is undergoing regeneration into a commercial destination. Marketing collateral is needed to promote the regeneration and resulting commercial units available for let, with a visual concept to run throughout. It should be bold and simple with a fast turnaround.

I created a clean monochromatic look and feel with bursts of yellow to draw focus to the development. A canvas on which retailers can visualise their own business.

Working closely with Totality Account Director Ru Kotecha, I designed a core brochure detailing the local area, the retail and lifestyle offering through vibrant lifestyle photography.

In addition, individual unit insert leaflets were designed to sit with the core brochure as part of a cohesive set. Each highlights an available retail unit complete with an area map, unit specifications, technically accurate floor plans, a unit locator and CGIs of the developed centre.

Window vinyls were designed with the same identity to fill the front glass of vacant units to capture the interest of passers-by.
